Sharon Wilford has been working in the medical and health industries for over 14 years.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University, she began her career working as a Recreation Therapist at the Princess Alexandra Hospital’s Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit.
After a few years in that field, Sharon returned to study, completing a Bachelor of Naturopathy at Southern Cross University in NSW.
Since graduating, she has worked in one of Brisbane’s busiest wholistic medical practices, along side some of Queensland’s leading wholistic GP’s and has continued her education to become an Allergy Elimination Therapist and Neurolink Therapist.
These therapies provide a very comprehensive approach to not only diagnosing but treating people’s health conditions. Sharon’s approach to treating her patients include comprehensive diagnostics – such as blood tests, salivary hormone testing, comprehensive stool testing and hair mineral analysis.
Areas of specialisation include, treating hormone imbalance, adrenal fatigue and thyroid dysfunction, digestive disorders, natural fertility management, children’s health and allergy assessment.
Sharon has her own practice in New Farm and the clinic is open on Mondays, Thursdays and one Saturday per month. Evening consults are also available.
